Short, in plain language. By paying into a listing you agree to them.
The Arc Board is paid placement. Projects building on Arc — tokens, NFT collections, launchpads, tools, anything — pay to appear, and the board ranks them by how much was paid. That is the only thing rank means. It is advertising, run by @ARCNewsHQ.
A listing is not an endorsement. It says nothing about a project's quality, safety, team, or future. Nothing here is financial advice. Verify every contract yourself.
All payments are final. There are no refunds, for any reason — including for a listing that is later removed under the rules below.
A listing goes live the moment its first payment lands and is reviewed afterwards. We reserve the right to remove any listing, at any time, at our sole discretion and without a refund. We will always remove listings that:
We may also remove a logo, edit a link, or hide a listing while we look into it. We do not have to explain a removal, and a removed listing does not get its money back.
A project name, a link, optionally an X handle, a logo and a token contract. We store those, the deposit address we generated for the listing, and the IP address a submission came from (to limit abuse). Logos are re-encoded before they are stored. We do not collect anything else, and there are no accounts.
Payments are received by addresses derived from a vault contract on Arc and forwarded to the board's treasury. The contract is not audited. The board is provided as is; we are not liable for losses arising from using it, from Arc, or from any project listed here.
We can change these rules. The version on this page is the one that applies. Questions: @ARCNewsHQ.
